Hey all, company car quote has to be submitted next week, budget of €40k... 2 choices 150bhp tdi with sunroof or 190 bhp without... Is 150bhp enough to not wish I had more in the long run? I want to take sports suspension but will it look silly on 18" wheels? Head melted..

150 bhp is plenty and 18 dont look silly. The fill the arches well

Thanks Struggling to find any pics with sports suspension so was worried it would just look like car was overloaded and weighed down ..think the sunroof with white paint job would look good.. If not it's black 190

That’s an impossible question to answer as for some people the 1.4 (125ps) is ample, likewise some people are happy with the spec of an S / Active.

 

However for others the 190 isn’t quick enough and only the L&K spec is high enough.

 

Are you a ‘plodder’ or do you like to ‘push on’ if the latter then I would chose the 190

Yeah appreciate that... Wouldn't say plodder but would regret sunroof if needing to do a Fred Flintsone run to overtake :-)
