Stop worrying about things that don't matter, it's good that some heat goes into the wheels, they cool down really quickly when the car is moving.

As above brakes generate heat your wheels are bolted directly to them so its normal that you would get heat transfer, especially if you are using them hard hence the need to fit uprated pads for track work to reduce brake fade.
