Hey guys and gals,

 

Having a few misfiring issues, this is due to the rocker cover gasket leaking oil onto the plugs 3 & 4, No. 3 was gunked up really bad and as a result burnt coil pack in the process. I think thats why I had some smoking issues coming out of exhaust. Anyway I had bought new plugs and coils from tps and still the engine missing like mad. Sounds more a of knocking noise now. Spark plug No.3 seems to be missing some parts and I think its still in the piston chamber, could such a small piece damage said piston?

Can you get an endoscope and look inside the chamber? Could the injector have been damaged? Otherwise might be a strip down.

Got no access to endoscope. It's booked in with vw specialist next week. I'll keep you guys posted on what happens.
