p.s. I'm also a non local for these meets as I travel around 30 miles each way to the meet.

 

30 miles - pah. That counts as local in my book - 66 DPF-cleaning miles each way for me!

My son and I went along to the meet last night, we were 1st timers too, and to be honest, we had a great night, We received a warm welcome for those regulars who were there. We were included in some conversations and certainly were not made to feel uncomfortable or excluded. We enjoyed ourselves and plan on getting along to future meets as often as we can. Thanks to WavyDavy and the other guys for making us feel totally at ease from the moment we joined the meet
