Probably best to phone ECP and give them your registration number.

They will confirm the correct parts.

Order them online and use one of the money off voucher codes to save a few quid.

Some where will be a sticker with all your PR codes on it. Have read some say it's under the boot carpet but I found mine inside the owners manual. Look at the PR codes euro car parts list for each caliper and match that to what you have. Bit surprised to read one of the links saying the caliper is for a 'solid' disc rather than a vented disc. Thought pretty much all front discs were vented these days.

I just asked for the same info on my car. Take a look at the end of this forum page http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/140933-brake-disk-and-pad-fitting/page-2

You match up a code in your service book front page to the same on the ECP site. Mine was 1KT from the picture from my service book. One of the calipers on ECP that you posted has 1ZE. See if you can find that code, if not it could be the other one.

Also why do you need to change the caliper?

Carparts4less do the calipers cheaper. Same company as ECP so just use the same part numbers.

Although you can check your option codes on the sticker, the front brake code often isn't included. Since your car isn't a vRS, the different size front brakes can be determined by looking for FS-III stamped in the front outer face of the front calipers - if you have alloys this should be clearly visible through the gaps in the alloy. FS-III = 280mm brakes.

This page explains the brake assignments according to engine code, gearbox type, 4WD/2WD and build date:
