The only Superb in America

Not for the last 6 years they haven't - the Sebring was discontinued in 2010  ;)

Who will Skoda compete with in the US?

Toyota and Honda have the compact and mid-size markets sewn up (with Nissan's Altima selling well too)

Kia and Hyundai are established too - perhaps Skoda will take a bite out of their market?

Would love to take one of our little Fabias over there, see what the yanks thought of them

They will compete with the Imports that VW Dealerships are moaning about losing sales to Subaru.

Subaru has an amazingly good reputation in the US gained over 40 years.  It'll be interesting to see an "unknown" Euro-brand going up against that.

Especially a new brand that is part of the "dishonest" VW empire?

It's hard when you have no established dealer network and confidence.

Poor sales in India are mainly down to limited dealership numbers and those that are there get very poor reviews.

I've recently been watching a few Yeti reviews in India and nearly everyone slates the dealership network and poor customer service.

There are or were a couple of members of Briskoda with Mk2 Fabia vRS in Columbia.

But then South  America which has had Importers of VAG vehicles for years is neither here or there,

VW are seemingly looking at parts of the world where Skoda were not imported before.
