I am wondering if anyone has any experience of retrofitting DRL's or Foglights to Fabias? 

I have a pre-facelift model and am ideally looking a foglight/drl combo to go in the bottom portion of the grille.

I am hoping someone will be able to point me in the direction of something similar.

I have been looking at the Phillips set for about £50, they seem to be an easy option

I've just mounted a DRL/Fog combination the other day. The DRL is basically an angel eye with the foglight in it.

Don't have any really clear pictures but I guess these work;
