White tyre lettering

Featured Replies

Thought it would be cool to paint the lettering on the bridgestones instead of doing something useful! I've tried to attach photos.

Just a bit of fun and obviously makes it go faster, will wear off in due course

Anyone else spent time detailing any items? I saw somewhere a chap coloured 3 of the front grill elements in the vrs colours which looked cool but subtle

I was prepared to open that picture and think it looks awful.

Actually it's not too bad. I think the smaller size if the lettering helps, any bigger I think it would've looked daft.

That takes me back to my youth and agree with CoolC that it looks good. The M Sport BMW's quite often get the coloured grille treatment and adds that little bit extra.

Reminds me of these...

Not going to lie though I remember having big wide tyres with white writing on my old scimitar GTE hehe

I love BMWs, but there is nothing worse than the M colours on the grille bars and an eBay M badge on the back, looks so chavvy.

Most of them are 316i models anyway...lol about as M as my Octavia.

At the risk of being OT, I'm not sure what you mean lol.

was not expecting to like that but i think it looks really good!

There's a fiat 500 model that comes with white tyre writing from the factory it looks different as its no longer the norm

Just how sad are you?

I want it. Can you do mine?

I had painted the tyre letters twice and they lasted for about a week after which they started to crack.

I never managed to get the actual stickers though
