What parts does the Superb 2014 share with other models?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know which parts the facelifted superb mk2 share with the other models such as maybe the VW Passat or Audi A6? Or does it even share anything with them?

Apart from Body Panels, Glass and interior trim everything else because nothing mechanical is designed and manufactured exclusively for a Skoda they are VW Group Parts.

Ok, which car does the superb mk2 facelift share it's suspension with, is it the 2006-2010 passat? Asking becuase I'm looking for some coilovers and if it's the same kit to a passat it's easier to find coilover sets on ebay.

The Superb typ 3T has the same basic suspension setup as other PQ46 cars, including the Passat typ 3C. The Superb has a longer wheelbase than the Passat though so the tuning on the springs and dampers is likely to be different.

Just make sure the axle load rating is sufficient to your vehicle.

The sat nav /radio system in my superb is excactly the same as the one in my vw bus

Yep, the VW RNS510 is the same unit as the Skoda Columbus and whatever Seat call their version.

The suspension & brakes are the same as the Mk5/6 Golf with 55mm struts, also shared with the Passat, Eos & other models.
