Hi - I am also looking at spacers for my vrs combi. I think the 12 front 15 rear seems a decent set up. I got this reply from an on-line retailer:

Thanks for the enquiry.

These are the spacers that you require:

12mm front: https://www.carnoisseur.com/products/details/hr-trak-wheel-spacers-to-fit-skoda-octavia-34

15mm rear: https://www.carnoisseur.com/products/details/hr-trak-wheel-spacers-to-fit-skoda-octavia-35

We can offer these with a set of H&R longer bolts (at £3.00 each).

We can also offer you a set of H&R longer locking wheel bolts at £35.00 for the set.

The total to pay including £5.95 carriage is £237.75. You can expect delivery within 5 working days.

If you would like to place an order the easiest thing is probably just to give us a call on 01582 787377. Ask for Patrick.

I don't really notice much difference to be honest, I doubt many people this side of Lewis Hamilton would.

Having said that, I'm pretty sure it straddles those annoying speed humps better though. :D

My Mkii VRS had an uprated rear anti roll bar, Eibach springs and Whiteline Anti Lift Kit, so I do find the Mkiii a bit softer. Being a 4x4 helps get the power down a lot better though, and I've yet to spin up a front wheel on a tight corner where the last one would.

Search for Watfields Engineering ones on eBay.

No issues with rubbing, no.

Which ones did you get as i can see any that specify Skoda?. Would it be these ones?....

Also whats the benefit/idea from getting wide spacers on the rear to the front please?

ingoy this ones mk3 very happy with them.

the benefit is in looks. The wheels look so much better with the spacers. I got 20 back and 15 front.

Thanks!!!.

They look good on your car.

I was shocked when i looked at the profile view of my car and the sheer gap between the wheel arches and the tyre, hopefully these spacers will bring the wheel out enough so they dont look like their hiding in the wheel arches.

So what is the actual differences between say H&R spacers and something like Watfields Precision spacers, H&R are like almost twice as much!!?. Surely their cant be that much different all it is is a lumb of aluminium alloy after all

As long as they are 5x112 PCD and have a centre bore of 57.1, they will be fine. They're not Skoda specific.

Rear wheels sit further in to the wheel arches than the fronts, so slightly wider on rear looks better.
