Yes, VCP should be able to read the existing config but you'd need to refit the BCM first unless you have a testbench

The AN rev BCM is probably from a MY14 car, also possibly fitted to a MY13 or MY15 looking at scans online.

 

I think that would be a Superb MK2 FL which did have headlights with interrogated LED DRL.
