I have rest the phone to factory settings to clear down a load of old data but now I can't add back any phones - I get an "no phone connected" message on the phone screen, but nothing else, and I only get a "factory reset" option on the setup screen. Can anyone help?

You're not alone - when I collected my car that had me stumped for a little while as well.

 

That, and also the fact that the car was also connecting in rSAP mode to "Work Phone". Turned out the phone belonged to someone in the dealership and was in range -  and there was some interesting texts from his wife. That led me to the MFD to delete the phone. So his wife was, in the end, very helpful to both of us.
