ive found that the suspension has settled down alot.. and eggs you on into corners... and its too easy to reach 1**mph :eek:

mine has got the dreaded rattle from inside the dash:(

startin to get right on my tits now you would think they

would have sorted this in production by now

cant bring myself to pulling dash apart in my new baby

but im getting bloody tempted!!!!!

i think i have it too.. but i cant tell where its coming from, and it only does it sometimes!

yeah mine is worse wen cold, girlfriend never hears it typical

Just a thought on this rattle business. i thought I had a rattle from the dash, but it never happened when someone was sitting in the passenger seat. While driving one day, I decided to investigate a bit. I found that holding the passenger seat belt stalk cured the rattle. It seems the stalk vibrates against the centre console! Just need to get round to padding it out slightly.

Yeah. driving and music... they go together. (dont have a missus to moan at me) ill speak to the dealer to look at it on monday.. my car is in to get a scratch taken out :(

No need to rip out the dash - only the central air vent, and the offending dashboard mount is above the pipes that feed the air. and the vent pops in and out quite easily - with clips.

It's a little DIY job I felt was going to be hard, but was actually relatively simple, and I was so chuffed when I'd done it. One of those "didn't need the damn dealer!" moments.

Graeme - When that weekend's here, we'll sort out something. I don't even know if it's down for the 13/14 yet... so I don't want to get ahead of myself. Reckon you'll be done by 1pm ish...?

hehe - I don't need a remap to risk losing my license. :( -

if i got the remap, id realise that the suspension wasnt up to it.. then want to buy suspension.. then think the wheels were too small etc etc.... trying to hold off the inevitable as long as possible

I'm averageing around 45mpg. If I go real easy, on a 20+ mile trip, it'll just about hit 50.
