I found the issue with the car in the end it was the bolt that held the console to the wishbone. it had been threaded by previous owner and it wasnt fully tight tried to take the bolt out to replace it and it snapped so had to replace the entire thing got the part from scrapyard for £20 put new uprated bushes in , new wishbones , track rods , drop links car is now driving perfect
