Silent Witness

Featured Replies

Oooh, quite similar to mine.... A cop car, huh? Wonder if his tyre pressure sensor system has an error too...

Yes, I noticed this. I was going to go for grey but noticed it had a green shade, more noticeable in certain lights, certainly looked it on screen. Ended up ordering Metallic black, not sure I did the right thing!

Yep noticed it as well and the wife just tutted at me when I pointed it out...   ;-)

It's known as Witless Silence in our house. Terrible program

Yeah, it's not great, but harmless fun... So what's top of the pops Chez Jigger [other than Star Trek archives? ;-)]

So many inaccuracies in that show, it becomes irritating. Pathologists running around doing police work. Examining crime scenes in protective suits while police in street clothes stand right next to them. In the last episode the big guy examined the width of a  tyre track, said it's around 250mm, so it's an SUv we're looking for. Just nonsense, many large cars have tyres that width. And this is the crime scene expert. It's only entertainment, but I'm sure they have technical advisers, and when they take so little care about technical details it wipes out any credibility and makes it almost unwatchable for me. The boring, predictable plots are another good reason not to bother.

I can't disagree with any of that, but ceased long ago to take it seriously. I now just watch it for the cars...

Yes there are LOTS (as above and more) of errors but I still like watching it. We record both of them then watch them one after the other.
