I really like the estate. But as it hasnt been on the road as yet still has the silly chocks in the suspension so excuse its rather high suspension.

And Skoda now do some new vRS clothing and such like

I like the look of the estate - still not sure on the blue though, will need to see it on the road in the 'flesh' to be sure.

Lummox- any idea how much the watch is?

I was looking at one in my local dealer but the parts guy wasnt in and no one had a clue what the price was.

Cant afford the car so might get a watch to compensate:rofl:

Can't see any new kit on the Skoda Merchandise site. Unless the watch pictured is the 'Fossil' model that's on the website...

I had a sit in Steve's (Makefish) yesterday, very nice and comfortable. Looks lovely in the black, he has the bigger wheel option too.

Speaking of TDIs, I hear that the 170PS TDI engine is being put in the Golf MkV from sometime this coming Spring. With this in mind, are there any similar dates proposed for the 170 engine to be put in the vRS? And maybe even the Fabia?

Not sure about skoda. But the 170 TDi engine will be out in the SEAT Altea FR in the spring, and in the Leon FR in november-december time.

Shouldn't be too long now i think before skoda have it

OOOOOoooo, now I look forward to coming in Sat 11th to get my Fabia vRS serived, give me plenty of time to have a good look. Only a shame i'm not old enough for them to let me take one out on a test drive :(

Lummox, is that 'coming later this year' definate or heresay ? . The reason I ask is that although we have heard rumours, nothing has been said officially.

Nothing concrete, but then we didnt get anything concrete about the TFSI until it turned up..lol

Also got some 'info' on the Superb2 (actually does look like the pic in the other thread) and the Roomster van and vRS!

saw a black hatch at autosales bilston when i was in there last and saw a blue hatch going the other way to me on the way home last night... looks nice i must say. i'm still not totally convinced by the front bumper though...
