i was thinking of some thing else: Since the potentiometer moves well at each end, where there is more voltage and current, it may be that the shaft of the potentiometer is slow or bits in plastik storage? Plastic tends to shrink with age, and it may therefore be too narrow and thereby mechanical resistance in storage. So I thought to file or brushing off a bit on the end of shaft 0.2 mm approximately, for it to go lighter. The other bearings are unproblematic, then those are the gear down and thus get more power / torque.  I'll also give the potentiometer a drop of oil along the edge to make it go easier. Exciting this. If this works must surely this is called a discovery? The picture show, and under the black plastic ring I will also bend it pup a bit so it goes easy..

Cleaned up both the potentiometers and put al thing together. Checked first with lose component, and it was a little slow, but with driving it worked well.

Redused the pot meter axle about 0,2 mm and it work better.

The computer inside take off the inside roomtemperatur, may be outside to? And the temperature is about 20 degrees when I set it a little over 18 on the regulator.
