Yes, you can fit the front one on it's own and it really helps when doing high speed over less-than-perfect road surfaces, but having both the front and rear stiffens the whole car up.

Alloy forge adjustable for me. Wiechers front lower as well but thats not a straight fit. Took the rear one off as it didn't seem to do much.
