Ongoing from my issue with the auto lock / unlock not working on my 60 plate FL VRS

I noticed the other day that the CH/LH lights and alarm beeps have stopped working. I checked the coding in VCDS and everything is switched on. Also I tried some of the other functions controlled by the BCM and found that the left mirror no longer moves with the right and comfort opening on the remote only opens the drives window.  Again checked the coding for these and the syncro mirror is switched on and comfort opening for all is also on. Finally as the car was now auto locking but not unlocking I disabled the lock part, coding was accepted but the car still auto locks.

 

Is my BCM (pt number 1K0937087J) dead? Hopefully there is an easy fix as these small niggles are putting a bit of a downer on the enjoyment of the car.

Just to update this. I decided to buy a replacement BCM. Fitted it and copied the coding over from my original and everything works as it should. Looks like the original had died.
