Hi guys, just a quick one, I am wanting to do a couple of interior mods to my VRS just to give it a little something different, I already sprayed the air vent surronds gloss black and got some VRS seat belt pads.

 

I've had the chrome heater controls before in my last Fabia and I'm not a massive fan of the 'all chrome' look, I've found these on ebay

and I know they're for a mk4 golf but I was curious if there would be any way to make them fit?

I got the polo 6R controller which I think is the same.  The outer switches are the same size but oddly the fan on the polo is slightly larger.

 

however, the big problem I have is how do you get the knobs off on the Fabia??  They absolutely will not come off, even with a set of grips, it’s like they’re going to pull the entire dashboard out...
