New O2 sensor came in to day, and everything seems to be ok.! Drive 300 km after mounting. Tree start and stop.

Hope it will go now. 

The "oil catch can" is also dry, but a little condense/water. May be I will keep it, but make a smaller "catch tube/can"?

The air filter is also ok with a new adjustable screw instead of a blank pin.

    EU-control today.
    Everything ok, and the emission values were well below the requirements!

    Low shoulders now ....

    Then it (engine work) was worth it ... ?
