I am looking to upgrade my 1.2TSI Skoda fabia and would like to know if there is any other larger engine's that will fit in it and also if there is any larger turbo' s that will fit on to the 1.2 TSI engine, thanks

A 1.8TSI should go in nicely with some fabrication and part upgrades.

Maybe sourced from a 2015 on VW Polo GTI 1.8TSI 192 ps or a Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.8TSI.

It would be good if Skoda had fitted them but lets us know how you get on if you try it.

I've asked JBS at Chesterfield this very question. 

 

They already do a remap to 140bhp but are currently testing larger turbo upgrades (keeping the 1.2 lump) 

 

Of course, as mentioned a engine swap to a 1.8TSi could be done (but I don't fancy swapping out as I've only done 900 miles up to now )
