VCDS DERBYSHIRE HELP NEEDED DASHPOD

Featured Replies

Hi Folks ,

I've finally managed to get my skoda fabia running after an expensive repair bill. However my dash pod lcd has died and is not displaying any lcd information. I have a replacement dash pod and want it coding to the car - no one will help as I want the mileage information which is totally legitimate reading and transferring to the new dash pod. I dont want my 50k  mile car showing 115k when I take it for mot, please please can someone local to Derby help? As I'm having no luck - I'm not trying to do anything dodgy, I mearly want the new pod coding to the car and the mile info setting up to be correct or I will have to mot the car with no mile display.

Hoping someone local can help???????????????????? Please.

Not too sure why nobody is willing to assist. The ECU logs the mileage of the vehicle as well as the dash pod - usually a small discrepancy between the two, but a large difference is the easiest way to tell if a car has been clocked.

Shark Performance in Mansfield may be able to recode this for you.
