Could well be true although I have not checked out if it is enhanced compared with pre FL

Bold - well a bit bolder, if not to everyones taste, but.... All-new..... That is stretching it some.

 

 

 

 

Typical marketing speak, but what did you expect?!

 

For them to tell you that the design is a re-hash of the 4 year old existing one, and that you need to buy the VW or Audi if you want "premium"? Not gonna sell many cars that way are they 

• cheap plastics
• no sound insulation
• funny headlights

Yes agreed it's marketing speak and to be taken with a large pinch of salt, as such it's mostly reasonable(ish), it's just that 'All-new' phrase that is just too daft to be true. As for the change to the lights, I find it puzzling how strong feelings are running regarding the aesthetics but how little interest there is in lighting performance, replacement costs, ease of replacement, life expectancy etc. 

Can't comment on the Mk 3 FL.

But my Mk3 is scarily updated from the Mk2 FL ,with the drivers interface involving infinite menus imho. Apart from the TPMS I'm overwhelmed by the trivia and could live without most of it.

Enhanced depends upon the grade, some things are added, some were options, but now standard (presumably basis for claim)other items are no longer included.

The modern person requires a healthy BS filter.

But even then we all fall for it at sometime or other.
