I have Octavia model Jan 2013 1200 cc I was called to my car as a freinf told me that there is strong Fan noise that wont stop. pls advz where is the control unit and what is the solution

I had this problem year ago, went to Skoda service shop but they found nothing and immediately after visiting service center the problem diapered.
