:stupid: :wrthless:

sticky tyres would help traction. increasing unsprug mass will not.

pics would be nice though.

Hmmm...extra weight...your car might not be as quick as you thought now.

Personally I think 19 are too big.....car doesn't look quite right IMHO......and then you'll have to drop it to make it look good. Remember not to go too low....you will scrap various bit underneath and put increased stress on drive shafts.

Get those pics up though.:D

Will accelerate slower with bigger wheels on, so sticky tyres might not be needed

and what tyres will be on them and what will they cost:holmes: ,not cheap i would have thought:eek:

the tyres are 235/35/19 most places quoted £160 a tyre but i got them for £96

and how can you say 19 are to big i regret not buying 20" now the bigger the wheels the better it looks

cant really notice any power loss its running at 239bhp anyway so a few bhp drop wont matter

have you got any pictures yet:D

for some reason it will not let me upload them it starts to upload then says failed

send me the pic and I'll host it for you.

I must say 19" rs aloys are the dogs definitly one off the coolest for octy and

spot on in 19" just get those pics

for some reason it will not let me upload them it starts to upload then says failed

Maybe the file, like the wheels, are too big! . ;)

Sorry mate, just had to be said.

each to their own, i personally wouldnt go bigger than 18's on an octy but theres no denying MonkeyBoys vRS looked awesome on the 19" S8 rims he ran on it.

now... where are these pics !?

:orb_sleep

Pics please......

Well i run 19s on my octy and don`t think they look too big and i don`t feel they ruin the cars handling or acceleration but if they do then i havn`t noticed it:P

As long as you are happy with it mate then thats all that matters, everyone has a preference and opinion and so what if it doesnt match yours, like I said before If everyone liked the same thing we'd all be driving Rover 25's

Look forward to the pics :D

I'm not as clever as some people, so I'd like to at least see some pictures before I slag your wheels off.

not a bad price for the tyres too

Exactly :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Exept ,,,,,,,,,,,, I got a 2ltr Turbo Diesel "25" for "her indoors" five years ago, then re-maped. Can't fault it. :finger:

Note; Still like to see the "pics"
