Anyone had this happen on their door?

Last owner must have rested his elbow there alot, annoying me now.

I use one of these - it would hide the problem and it is comfy

Sometimes with plastics, heating them gently for a while can let the plastic relax and get rid of bumps like that. I think I'd probably talk to a trim or dent repair specialist rather than try it myself though.

Was going to try hairdryer on it put don't think it has enough heat

A common problem, more so on the older MkII Octavia's.

 

Any Octavia / Superb taxi will have this issue, only worse.

 

Unfortunately the only decent fix is a new (and expensive) door card.
