Hi, my yeti has is white with silver mirrors, but I saw one today with black mirrors and I think it looks better. Can you buy black mirror caps for facelift model, and are they easy to fit. I saw Painted Black Mirror Caps and Decorative Black Mirror caps in Skoda Shop one says up to 2015, and the other up to 2016. are the mirrors actually different on original and facelift models.

Any advise gratefully received.

But at 48 quid for two bits of plastic, I've decided the silver ones on mine don't look so bad after all.

I get what you are saying re the price, but I have got this thing in my head now that the silver just does not look right.

Wish I hadn't seen the black ones today.

Thinking of going for these ones if her indoors will sanction the purchase.

Those are more expensive than the ones on Ebay!!

And exactly the same!!

I think the ebay ones are matte black and the decorative ones are a lacquer finish which I presume would be a gloss finish.

But is that worth an extra £8 ??????

Think these are metallic black from superskoda,not everybody's choice but I prefer them.

Can you not get your ones wrapped?

I have contacted a local sign making company who do wrapping to see if they can do it. Also asked if they can do the door decals

But with the YETI in upper case like the badge on the back.

Would cost £70 + vat to wrap the mirrors and wouldn't quote on decals as no original artwork.

Back to the drawing board (pardon the pun)

Save £20 and go for original gloss black ( Skoda Black magic )

I'd imagine the mirrors are almost impossible to wrap.
