:rotcol: sorry to be a killjoy but blue sidelights to the front warrant an MOT fail..also an instant pull from the old bill

True. My son with a Peugeot 205GTi had to pay a garage to change his blue sidelight bulbs to pass the MOT.

They aint blue..they are brillant white.

like i said in the other thread, the camera seems to oversaturate the colours so they look blue, its definately one of those "looks better in the flesh" jobs :)

They are blue, when off. Very white when on.

Unfortunately for old William, they are e-marked, and are sidelight bulbs, ergo he can go get stuffed :D

So how do you explain the rash of Hi-Performance Road Bikes with blue headlights?...not to mention red and a variety of other colours?

:bouncer: sorry i only test class 4`s.most of the bikes etc use headlamp covers.

p.s i was only offering advice as the plod in oxfordshire seem to be hot on coloured bulbs by the amount of prohibition notices we get from "boy racers".

And i was just asking why bikes can show front lights with all the colours of the rainbow when cars can't ;)

Heading slightly OT...

When will people learn that cars come with beam adjusters on the headlights nowadays??. I'm a bit p****d off with being blinded by some muppet behind me with his lights adjusted for max range in town...

And don't get me started on bloody xenons !!
