Yes, the HU settings.

Should be just a case of plug dongle in, go to wifi and connect?

with my 3g dongle, I've only needed to plug it into the headunit and it works off the bat. Mine is a ZTE 'Three' dongle so I haven't tried it with any other sim yet, I just buy prepaid data sims off ebay/

Hi,

I know that my car i superb 2FL, but i have a question...

I bought this radio: http://xtrons.co.uk/android-8-0-octa-core-4gb-ram-32gb-rom-multimedia-player-with-9-display-support-car-auto-play-custom-fit-for-volkswagen-seat-skoda.html

In my car i have a Skoda Sound System. Can you tell me that this radio unit will be work with my car and Skoda Sound System ?

After installed it iWhen I turn on the radio, I can not hear anything from the speakers.
Maybe something still needs to be set in the radio itself?

Sounds like it doesn't support the sound system, have you contacted the seller to check?

Some people claim if you leave the amp unplugged for a while, it'll work with aftermarket headunits.

@Pods Do you still own this car? If so how are you finding the unit now over a year on from the start of this thread?

I've heard some Android units like this slow down and can become a bit useless over time.

Yep still have the car and probably will for a long time yet all being well. Android unit still going well too with no issues thankfully. The only complaint I have is the screen mounted DAB aerial which is not good at all but I will eventually solve this with a roof mounted one.

Resurrecting a topic..... been looking at getting an android hesd unit. Like mentioned before, I have factory bluetooth module retrofitted, I saw that I will need to remove it. Would it be enough to just disconnect the module or will it need any wiring removing from anywhere like the quad lock? The module is not in the factory location (bue accessible) and not sure where the wiring goes to as it all disappears behind the dash so mot sure if it's a quad lock connected to the quad lock that's connected the stereo if that makes sense?
