Annoying knocking noise in interior

Hello Britskoda fans,

 

Hopefully someone can help with this annoying noise: 

I'm experiencing a knocking noise in the interior. It's looks like the knocking noise is coming from a dashboard but I can hear it from the car's underneath on driver' side if  I'm outside. 

 

 

I can hear it in only if car is running on neutral in iddle. 

 

 

Fan belt or cambelt or a moving part in that area. Have you opened bonnet and had a listen?

Yes I have. I can't hear it in an engine bay.
