Hello, I thought I'd join up and hopefully get some questions answered by you guys before I take the plunge into vRS ownership. I've already read through a few posts and you all seem v. helpful. 

Welcome. Have you read through the buyers guide sticky in the Octavia section? Are you looking for a MK1, 2 or 3?

Hi, I've had a good look through the guides but I'm already pretty decided on a mk3 octavia vRS tdi estate. Can't decide on the gearbox though. I think I'd prefer the dsg.

Thanks guys. I've come across a good deal on a Superb Sportline 190 DSG so I went for that rather than the Octavia. Pick it up this Wednesday.
