Looks like a Columbus MIB1 system.

Sorry, I cant help with installing a reverse camera.

I have half a thought that I remember reading that if the head unit has Bluetooth then it has the Camera input, but I might be confusing that with something else. 

Hello, I encoded the camera reversing system, connected pins 6 and 12 with a home sample chamber and worked. Now I've got to find the right camera to not cut the trunk lid.

Pop out the trunk release handle and take its measurements, then look on ebay or aliexpress for one with the correct size. post the size here and I am sure we can find one.

What year is your car? The size of the handle changed I think, but I'm not sure when.

 

Mine is 2016 and I fitted this one, it works perfectly:

You just need to make a pair of small brackets to secure the bolts inside. Very easy.
