I have a 2012 Octavia estate which has suffered what seems like a fatal blow to the Amundsen unit.

can any body help What happen was my young child decided that the SD Card slot looked the same as slot used in the food dispensing machines, so he inserted a £1.00 coin but was annoyed that it refused to work (not as much as me),I took the unit out and replaced the blown fuse on the fuse board and the mini fuse on the back of the unit to no avail the screen remains blank and the radio/hand free/sat nav all refuse to work. Please is there any one who can help.

Sorry can't help, but might be worth posting in the MK2 section. MK3 is 2013 onwards so owners in this section have a different Amundsen unit than the RNS based unit you have with the SD slot on the front.
