Door Wire Loom

Skoda Yeti 2012 window harness failure.  Noted that window and central lock activation were not always functioning and would then open and close door to work.  Opened connection and found two orange / black broken wires.  Reconnected by adding a small peace of wire and closed with heat shrink.  During this process disconnected battery.  When reconnected, and engine started, I noted a warning signal for airbag. this eventually cleared after several minutes running engine.  Seeking loom replacement.
