One in the bottom level of the glovebox and one in the passenger seat storage compartment would be my choices...

Does the Fabia have a little tray to the bottom right of the steering wheel like the Octy? it's where the OBD port is.

Failing that, put a few under the boot floor where the spare is. I found a set of house keys, some golf tees and 48 english pence under mine....

in the engine and ontop the spare tyre

Pull out the can cooler drawer and slip it in behind it where the OBD port is and pop it back up again, Just have to wait till a service till he finds it

Put them in every storage place you can think of.

He'd get sick of them, till the point it would drive him into a mental breakdown.

I agree with putting it under the passenger seat storage compartment.........Just hope that they know the compartment exists!
