During my research these are the latest versions for the DSG 7 if you have component 0CW 300 047 E

So there is a newer version out for Audi, VW and SEAT (5261) but Skoda is still on 5260, which is the version I have.

 

Unless you have an issue with your DSG and the gear changes I would recommend you don't upgrade to it due to the changes it makes with the gear shifts.

  • Are you sure it's not brake pads shifting?   A known cause of clunk from when reversing.  

  • DSG boxes are Clunky? Nah - never had one that is other than silky smooth. Owned 3 and driven numerous Hire VAG cars with DSG Boxes.

  • Must be all that torque the 1.4Tsi engine produces. IT'S A BEAST!
