Proper manual anywhere?

Featured Replies

The owners manual is useless, and haynes don't seem to make one for my Mk2 TSI vrs 11 plate.

Anyone know where to get a service style manual for it? Looked on emanuals, but they look sketchy.

Official workshop manuals are here: https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/showHome.do

It's pay per access so I'd suggest you use the 'print to pdf' function to keep a record of anything useful.

Thanks mate, ill have a look!

Is there anything particularly you need to know?  There are no special service requirements really.

The Mk2 Haynes covers enough of what the Mk2 vRS has other than the engine, turbo / supercharger and you can get that help if needed in the Mk2 section.

DSG as with the other Mk2 with DSG's.

Not really, i just want to be able to do the odd thing on my car such as changing the brake discs etc. Also some other issues im having with a CV joint boot. Seems like a handy thing to have!

Haynes Manual covers the usual stuff like that, just not the 1.4 TSI 132kw Twincharger Engine.

Would you recommend that over the Erwin one? And which Haynes specifically is it
