Hi all,

Well i've done it....... I've just put my deposit on a new Fabia vRS!!!!! :)

I had got a price off DTD (12,263) This was with black pearl paint, xenons, cruise control & ESP.

I called Rainworths in Mansfield this afternoon after hearing nothing but good reviews about them and they called me back an hour later to say that a UK order for a Fabia vRS of exactly the same spec had just fallen through and that they could do me the car for 12,575 and would i like to have the car.... The clincher was when he told me it was due to be built this next week and it should be available by the end of April !!!!!!! I thought about it for a whole second or so before telling him he'd got himself a deal & paying the deposit. We're gonna have a tootle out to Mansfield tomorrow to sign all the paperwork.

So i've only got to wait a month or so for the car which i'm well chuffed about....... Just gotta get rid of the Polo now. :eek: :eek: :eek:

Believe me, that month or so will be the slowest month or so in your life. I ordered mine two weeks ago and still have two weeks, six days and 2 hours to wait....and it ain't half dragging I can tell you!!!

It'll be worth the wait though.

Just been told mine is due to arrive at the dealer tomorrow, so I should be collectig this weekend if everything goes to plan.

i ordered my fabia vrs 4/5 weeks ago and have just been told it can be picked up on saturday !!!

so excited cant explain. Great car and cant wait to drive it everywhere, and i mean everywhere!

Anyway, to be a little more helpful, have you tried putting the Misubishi in the Autotrader or fish4.co.uk ?

I always had lots of luck selling thru Autotrader.
