Stabilisation Control Error

Featured Replies

Hi, I have a 63 plate Octavia TDI estate. Over the last few months I have been getting a 'stabilisation control error' appear on the dash board, which means I'm unable to start my car. Turning the ignition key on and off multiple times, adds other errors, such as 'tyre pressure sensor error', but eventually the 'stabilisation control error' goes off and I can then start and drive my car. This doesn't happen all the time, but especially in cold weather. I've had the battery and the ignition relays and sensors changed, but this has not fixed the error (the Skoda garage mechanics are baffled). Any ideas?

Have you scanned the car?

This is where I would start.

The op has not been online since they made that post.

As mentioned above, you should start by getting the car scanned for fault codes as that should give some clues 🙂
