Hi! Sorry to revive an old topic. Did you match the part number revision numbers in the front and rear motors? Also, did you buy motors stripped from skoda cars specifically? Or would vw polo ones fit?

All parts came from a Fabia with factory rear windows, just had to wait till one was being broke and was in good condition (door cards), no matching of revision V my front parts.

Regarding using Polo parts, VAG has the ability to make cross platform parts look identical, but there is often just a letter different in the part number and in all honesty I cannot say whether or not they would work............I suspect they probably would BUT the pin outs maybe different on the motors so then your messing with the wiring looms to,  would need to check that..........but offcourse the plugs could be de then re-pinned to suit, depends on your ability and access to Polo wiring diagrams.

If Polo parts are cheaper or easier to source, you "could" get one and try it, then if successful, get another or re-sell if not, I doubt you would lose much money if any.

Thanks! It seems impossible to find actual skoda fabia rear motors right now. I got an offer for a vw polo rear left for £18 and a skoda roomster for rear right. Connectors will be made from scratch and all the wiring routed through the door connectors. Worst case, i keep buying motors..

Ebay item no. 332866808161 appears to be a rear right from a Fabia, but you might need a friend in the North to collect and post on.

263196812291 is a rear left from a Fabia, with free postage.

Probably worth going through each of those sellers items to see if they have t'other side too.

First price is obscene, and i already have the most likely good one for that door. Rear left is a gamble i took for £18, and i seem to have the listing you linked on the watchlist as a backup. I messaged all sellers watchlisted and ones i bought from for the missing pair and no luck so far

Ebay 332866808161

£55 or best offer for the motor and regulator..............not bad "imo".

Hi everyone, I'm looking forward to do this retrofit in my 2013 Fabia wagon, and I've got some questions:

-the door wiring loom is compatible between hatcback and combi? (with the same engine code even if it shouldn't be a difference?)

-there is to add the extra 3 pins for each rear side (with switch illumination, power for electric motor, and Lin-bus connection) from the wire in the front window switch assembly; so if I'm not mistaken, before the "b" pillar pin connection, the cable with this output has to be "duplicated" in order to reach the other rear door and repeat the pin-adding process. Is that right?

I'm wondering if there is some connection to add between the "a" pillar wiring (car wiring loom) and the new wiring loom in the driver door? (to "a" pillar to the big black connector with orange clip), or the difference is only in the connector window switch assembly?

(Sorry for my bad English, haha)

Thanks a lot.
