Out with the Old, In with the New!

Featured Replies

Just bought my second Rapid, a 1.2 TSI (90PS) SE. 65 plate with 11,465 miles on the clock. In quartz grey.

Replacing my 63 plate 1.2 TSI (85PS) SE. In denim blue. Been a great car, hopefully the new one will be just as good.

A slight upgrade as it has a better media system. Pretty much as you were with the rest of the car.

Got a good deal for the outgoing car plus got £500 from dealer as deposit in their drive sale.

I wasnt planning on changing the car till summer time but the right car came along at the right price.

Heres to another few years hassle free motoring.

The suspension and steering should be a substantial improvement over the 2013 car.

Having traded a 14 for a 67, the media system and upgraded speakers were a big step forward for me too.

Enjoy.

Yeah, the steering and ride definitely felt different to my outgoing Rapid in the test drive.

Pick the new one up a week tomorrow.

The old Rapid had a swing radio. The new one is a swing 2. Not sure if it is DAB or not. Can anyone advise?

A dealer in Edinburgh is selling my old Rapid 1.2 86 greentech. They were selling it for a whole £19 less than I paid for it 2 years ago!

They have just dropped it by near £500. It's on auto trader.

It is in very good condition abide a small in dint in front passenger door. Only 25k on clock. (63 plate)

I paid only few more pounds on my current 65 plate Rapid with less than half the miles on clock and better infotainment system....
