Has anyone been able to change there wing mirror puddle light to the MK3 led unit. I don't have the face lift (I think) I have a bulb there which has been changed out for LED but just wondering if the LED modules fit in the MK2?

A MK2 pre-FL will need a very different unit as the wing mirrors are different. The only exception are a few cars towards the changeover which were a were pre-FL but had FL mirrors.

Yes this is what I was thinking of but I would get them from ebay I will strip one of my wing mirrors down tomorrow and take a picture.

 

Did your just slot in or did you have to do anything to them to get them in?

Pretty sure they just slotted in but it was a while back.
