Blunt but honest as always . It's a real head scratcher isn't it. What about instead of being gas locked then perhaps just logged with 13 Odd years of dirt and then Kseal. But I can't for the life of me understand why the temp sensor was fluctuating and now its not.

I had the same issue after using a rad sealant for a small leak. The sealant gummed up the matrix, after it was flushed problem solved plenty heat back in the cabin.

Yeah that's what seems to of happened in my case, though it wasn't exactly hot before so I'm thinking it may of been slightly clogged with dirt or sludge before. Thanks for the input
