Voting! Wheel Selection!

Featured Replies

It's getting hotter and hotter in Moscow and soon I am going to take off winter tyres and wheels, so I decided to choose a new wheels for summer time. I have been searching for months on websites and configurators different wheels.

It's hard to make a right choice when it's a huge variety of wheels. The main criteria for the selection: weight less than 11 kg, R19, ET 38 or 43, width 8,5J, DIA 57,1 and 5x112. The moment I set my eyes on concave wheels which are made in Russia (Slik) https://slikcom.ru/, I knew I would buy them. Please, have a look at my choice of 5 wheels with different patterns and choose your favorite wheel.

Yep, We have a huge group of Skoda Kodiaq members in Russia and have a chat in Whatssap everyday, so many of owners of Kodiaq decided to change from 17 to R18, R19 and R20. If you want to see whole collection of wheels of our cars, I can send you directly.

Very nice Kodiaq, Mocowrus! To me, these two that I've quoted go perfectly well.

The first ones are an option if you'd like them to match your rails and other chrome elements more, so everything looks a bit more polished in general. Otherwise, the second ones fit more with the overall style / color of the car. You can still see that they're aftermarket, but they really fit nicely, IMHO.

But somehow, I'd go with the upper ones, they simply looks nicer, more summer-ish.

Thank you, comrade! I have already chosen wheels and soon they will be delivered, Actually I chose completely different pattern than my friends (members of Skoda Kodaiq Club). Here how they look. I wish I would have bought another one (Skoda Original wheels) named Extreme R20, but the problem was I had to sell a set of wheels R19 Sirius and tires 235/50R19 losing 30-40% of actual price. Also, I am thinking of suspension lowering springs 25 mm. Link to this profile https://www.drive2.ru/l/528882136464229042/

I love the fact that you called me "comrade", as if you knew I was from the Balkans! ;)

So, the wheels you choose - they look good! I just hope the green calipers are not coming with them. It would really impact the look of the car!

As for the suspension - I'm no expert, so I wouldn't dare to give any advice. But I'm sure there's many more knowledgeable forum members just dying to provide some good input in the Kodiaq sub-forum...

Have a good drive comrade!

Actually, this photo isn't real and made by ptohoshop and my wheels are still in the process, Due to high overload in the factory they will be delivired in May 10. But one of the customers have already received part of the photos from sellers. Check it out! They will be painted in DC (Dark Chrome). He ordered R17 for his Hyundai I30. Speaking of callipers I am still thinking is it worth to buy or not? Usually, many drivers upgrade their engines and then brake sistem. I want to buy 6-8 pot brake sistem (Brembo or AUDI RS3) in red or grey colour.
