I don't think it'll affect me much anyway as I'm only ever through Glasgow in passing usually on the M74 or M77. Usually if we're going to anywhere central it'll be in the Duster.

This is good for me, in a way, if I fancy hoovering up some ULEZ exiled cars... a Favorit I know of may be coming up...

There was near 6,000 penalty fines issued for the Glasgow low emission zone which is twice what we're issued the first month.   The first month non-compl is any vehicles received a maximum of one fine.   Articles say that fines totalling £600,000 have been issued so far.
