Featured Replies

Hi, i recently took a photo of my travel time and noticed how scratched the speedo plastic front is. (2nd hand car)

Is this an easy swap or even possible?

thanks

I'm only guessing at this point - experts on their way.

But I expect that is a full, sealed unit and it isn't just the "front" you'll be replacing, rather the whole thing.

Probably easier to try some toothpaste or furniture polish first.

Yes, its a whole unit, and its expensive.

yes ive changed mine... B)

This stuff is supposed to be good for removing the scratches:

I used it to take a deep scrape out of the climatronic unit. It worked a treat on my last car which had gloss piano black interior trim that looked like the previous owner had dusted it with sandpaper.
