I need to replace my dashboard clear plastic cover because its become not so clear and its hard to see the dashboard pannel behind it,

Can anyone help me to find how its call , whats the part number and how can i get it?

I need it to my Skoda Rapid 2015 (Ambiton)

Ha ha, epic! I can tell you that you will not get this part on its own - at least not new. It's called "Instrument Cluster Lens". To get it changed you will be told you need to change the whole Instrument Cluster simply because these lenses are "calibrated" and can't be replaced. The price for new one is way too much (can't remember how much I was told I believe it was something around £600). To replace the whole thing including labour was about £1000. So I declined.  We had some issue with this which you can read about in this thread:

The dealer who sold us the car managed to get a used lens from somewhere so we can ask our local garage to replace it.

To be honest I contacted even the manufacturer in Czech Republic who confirmed they do not supply  the lens separately.

That said, if it's on the surface and not within you can polish it out - there are some tricks to do that but would have to find out myself first (same as polishing scratches from paint).

Have you tried on line Breakers/Scrap yards ?
