Yes of course, they have 16 valves.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

 

Rear disc brakes on the Fabia are the same throughout the Mk1 range (apart from colour), so getting new parts are quite easy. Changing them are quite easy too, as long as you've got the right tools. Hopefully you have now re-read the posting you quoted as the clue was in there, no ifs or buts, if not, then it is a clockwise piston retractor tool that you need to buy, only buy an anti clockwise tool as well if you plan to jump ship to a non VW Group car.
