Skoda Connect stopped working, closest workshop does not have time until next 30 days

Hello People,

I took my car on a ferry across the sea from Sweden to Denmark and tada no update from the car.

Its not just mobile app but the web portal which is also not able to get data from the Car. Colleague of mine who own an octavia is able to update the status. So it is my car Telematics not able to send the data to cloud and to mobile app\portals.

Have any one experience Skoda connect to stop getting data from car suddenly.

Which is the fuse for Telematics (I know #17 says Ins. Cluster, ECall. But it seems its Ins. Cluster and Over head console only and not telematics box.). Even after I remove fuse I know the Telematics box have backup battery  for regulated Ecall.

So it is difficult to reset this ECU  . Closet workshop said they cannot see me for another 30 days 😭 due to summer vacations.

Any help or info in this regard would be appreciated.
